JT plays flag football and is really have a great time. This week he pulled his first flag and was named MPV of the game by his team.

Well summer is almost over and it was a weird one. The weather was crazy it was warm for a total of 2 weeks. Ashley had summer school the month of July. So we didn't do much. We did spend a week in Henderson, NV with Sherry and the girls. We went to Tahati Village and swam for 5 day straight. The kids had lots of fun. We went to the Silverton Hotel and they had a giant fish tank with mermaids. It was really cool. The mermaid's interacted with the crowd and JT got kissed by the mermaid. And we did some shopping. We got home Billy had retiled the bathroom and painted it. It turned out real nice. Now we are working on the kitchen. We also went beach camping with Chad and his family. We had a really fun time riding bikes, playing on the beach, and eating yummy s'mores. Last saturday JT and Billy went and swam with tiger sharks with the scouts. They saw about 6 sharks. Meanwhile the girls and I were at Bryce's birthday party at Bolsa Chica eating corn on the cob. So August has been pretty busy. And in a few days the kids start school. Oh goody!! I almost forgot Billy went with some scouts mountain biking in Mammoth. He had a great time. And did come home with a wicked scrap on his arm and leg. That's about all we did this summer.

So saturday we went to our Pioneer Picnic and Ashley was walking across a tight rope (tie down) holding on to her friend shoulder and her friend turned around and she fell and landed on her pinky. She broke her knuckle on the side of her right pinky. Its in such a weird place that all they can do is tape it up. She just glad not to have a cast.

Today we went to Sea World so Katie could swim the Dolphins for her birthday. And I got to go too!! She was smiling from ear to ear the whole time. And yes, we had to walk though Sea World with our wetsuits. It was a great time and one she will not forget.

JT ended his season on friday with a game and trophy ceremony. He was so excited about getting a trophy. I'd show the pictures but Billy down loaded them on the other computer. JT is looking forward to playing Friday Night Lights in the fall,

JT is loving baseball. He plays coach pitch and LOVES to slide home. He has about 2 weeks left. Katie just finished with softball and did really great for her first year playing. She got a hit in almost every game and caught a few in the field. She even got a few grounders in left field. She can't wait to start fall ball in September. Her pictures are coming soon.

Happy Easter!!! We started the weekend going to Knott's with Becki, Stephen and their family. The kids had a great time running around riding roller coasters. Saturday with had Easter at G's house and celebrated Jack's birthday. The kids had fun hunting for eggs and singing happy birthday to Jack. They got a head start on the Easter candy. Sunday we watched conference and started to day off right. Then went over to Grandma's for the egg hunt and egg fight. Which I got out of because I just happen to have one of the twins. Of course Easter wouldn't be complete in California without a rolling earthquake. I wish everyone a wonderful Easter holiday!!

Well its been awhile. I have two way cute nieces and haven't seen them yet because of sick kids on my end. I can't wait to see them!! Softball and baseball season has started in our house. Boy, has it been a little crazy getting kids to practices and games on the same day. Katie had 3 game cancelled because of rain and finally got to play in her first saturday game. They did pretty good considering that the pitching and catcher couldn't make the game. But tonight she got her first hit and was save on 1st. She was so excited!! She has also made so great plays out in left field. Even her first catch. She is really loving the game and getting better all the time. JT plays coach pitch and loves to slide into home plate. Its so cute to see him in his uniform. He was so excited to be on the Yankees because they have to cool striped pants. (Dad wasn't to excited about the Yankee part) Ashley has become the unoffcial moscot of Katie's team. She get them cheering in the dugout pretty darn good. Have a Happy St. Patrick's Day!!

HAPPY 6TH BIRTHDAY J.T.!!!!!!
Yesterday was J.T.'s birthday and we celebrated all weekend long. Saturday he had a party a G and Papa and all the cousins their. I made him an Optimus Prime cake. Which he loved!! He got lots of great gifts. Sunday we went to Aunt Kristy's celebrated along with super bowl. But he hit his head on her fireplace and got a little cut on his head. He does NOT like the sight of blood. Thank goodness no visit to the ER. Just a little scratch. Monday the kids didn't have school so we went to Legoland. JT has been wanted to go since July and we told he could go for his birthday. It was beautiful day out and it wasn't even crowded. The longest we waited was about 10 minutes. We had a great time and rode everything we wanted. He even got to pick out a lego set and had some money from his birthday to get a set also. Now I can't believe he is 6 it has gone by way to fast!! Happy Birthday bud!! Love ya!!

Well January has come and gone. And what a month it was Katie and JT both are playing ball this year and trying to get them to practices is kind of chore. But they are loving it. Also I turned the big 40 this year. And you know I don't feel any different. We went to Echo's pizza and celebrated with yummy pizza and cake. On the 29th Billy and I celebrated our 16th anniversary. We took Katie and JT to California Adventure and had a great time. Ashley went the day before with Michelle and her kids then babysit the next day so she didn't go with us. Well in a few days JT will be 6 years old and its his turn to celebrate.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!! We sure did the kids got everything they wanted and more of course. We spent Christmas at G and papa's and at Grandma and Grandpa's. The week before Christmas Sherry and her family came and it was a jam backed week. Saturday we took family pictures and that was a lot of fun and some really great pictures. Sunday Ashley , Sadie and Jenny were in the church Christmas program and that was real pretty. Monday Sherry and I took the kids ice skating in Simi cause Bryce was working and the rink was decorated for the holiday. The kids had a blast!! Thanks Bryce for getting us in!! Then we spent the rest of the day at Cindy's. Tuesday I got the girls shopping and that afternoon we went to the Aquarium with Jeremy and his girls. Meg and Gwen hadn't been since it opened so they loved it. Wednesday Billy took the kids shopping then to say goodbye to Meg and Gwen then it was off to Grandma's for some carolling with the Howard fam. JT got into this year singing his little heart out. Thursday (X-mas eve) little shopping and lots of baking sugar cookies and Billy's fudge. That evening off to G's for the annal Christmas eve party. Which was crazy as always but lots of fun. Friday CHRISTMAS!!! Busy, busy, busy. Saturday kind of mellow did some shopping (gift cards). Sunday Ashley spoke in church and did a great job than off the Big Bear to play in the snow. Michelle, Melissa and kids joined in on the fun too. So did Zac ,Addy, ian, and Kennady. Everyone had so much fun!! I would love to show the pictures but I can't the computer is still acting up. I hope you all have a great new year!!

Still having problems with getting my pictures from the computer. But Ashley turned 14 on the 7th and had a great time. She and some friends spent all day at Knott's. Everyone met at the Chicken Dinner place and ate some yummy chicken and sang Happy Birthday to her. She had a great time and a happy birthday. This past weekend we went to St. George for my cousin's daughter's wedding. It was really nice and a lot of fun seeing everyone. The kids were excited to see there cousins from Florida and had a great time running around. Billy also had a Birthday on the 10th and we went to Disneyland because he got in free and ended up getting a pass too. We had a lot of fun! JT had to take him on Star Tours of course and than on to Space Mountain. It was a great time and I think Billy had fun too!

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!!!
Today is a first for all 3 kids. We have one each school. Ashley started High School. I can't believe it. 10 years ago she started Kindergarden and now is a freshman. Its crazy! Katie started Middle School. And was very excited she wanted to go early. And last but not least, JT started Kindergarden!! He went on a tour of the school yesterday and told me he didn't want to go to school anymore. But he was really excited once we got to school this morning. Below are pictures of all 3 and one of each. I drive in circles to get the kids to the different school. They start at all different times. It was a little nuts this morning. Pick up should be interesting this afternoon. But we'll figure out something.

Sorry I'm posting these so late we have only be home for about two weeks totally since school got June 18th. On June 20th we went to Orlando, FL. for a week and had a blast!! We went to the Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Blizzard Beach (no picture I forgot my camera that day). We had so much fun! My cousins and their families came. It was so fun to see them and spend time getting know their kids. Then we came home for about 5 days and then was off to the Howard family reunion in Utah. It was a lot of fun seeing everyone again!! The kids and Billy had a great time! I got food poisoning the first night so was sick most of the time. But I did get a few pictures. We then came home after 4 days in Utah. Ashley left for girls camp and JT and I went to spend a week with my sister in Vegas. (We left Katie their on the way home from Utah). We had a great time but I forgot my camera again. We came home and 3 days later I find out my uncle had passed away so off we go to Blackfoot, ID. and of course I forgot the camera. If you are counting that 6 times though Vegas and 4 times though Salt Lake. I can say my kids were pretty well travelled this summer!!

Today Katie promoted from the 5th grade. She was very excited!! She had a really great year even though it was her first year that the school. Katie really bloomed there. Well Katie got home from 5th grade science camp and had a great time. I totally forgot my camera friday so I didn't get a picture coming off the bus. She said she was in a cabin with all of her friends and she loved her camp guide. She was the first girl to make it to the top of the rock wall and learned about O'Ryan's belt. It even snowed on thursday and all of the kids had so much fun hiking in the snow. She said the food was okay but, wanted Taco Bell as soon as she got home. And of course one of the first things she did when she got home was put on American Idol and watch it. All in all she had a great time and learned a lot. She sure was missed and we are glad she is home safe and sound. Sorry I have no picture!! And HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY RYAN!!

So over the New Year weekend we and my sister Cindy and her husband Chris went to Arrowhead to Billy's uncle's cabin. We had a great time. There was so much snow we couldn't even get in the drive. The kids made a slide track in the front and had a fun time sliding and playing in the snow. Billy and Chris decided to be surviver dudes. They spent about 6 hours on there project. All in all we had fun and it was COLD!!!!

So over the Thanksgiving weekend we went to AZ. We had a great time! We went to this really fun place to eat called San Tan Flats. It's a outdoors steak house with fire pits. So you bring some s'more stuff and cook right over the fire. The kids had so much fun cooking and dancing.
